OPERATING MODEL Roadmap and PROFIT OPTIMIZATION

DJR conducts a lightweight enterprise analysis of pain points – policy and technology limitations that prevent your organization from reaching its full revenue potential. In collaboration with your Executive Team, we transform this analysis into an IT-enabled Roadmap that defines the size, scope, and sequence of key strategic efforts that will have the greatest impact on revenue optimization.

Because it is cross-functional and informed by prior Diagnostics and Findings, your Roadmap also delivers strategic executive alignment for the duration of the plan, typically 12 – 24 months. Once the Roadmap is active, DJR monitors progress by providing the domain Advisors needed to course correct when needed, prepare for board meetings, and ensure your overall success.
